Open a Facebook page for your business
For you to set up a store on Facebook, you require a dedicated page for your business. Obvious, you have had about Facebook pages, and probably you are a follower of more than one. As a 21st entrepreneur, having a Facebook page for the business is not optional but a requirement if your dream is to sell through physical and virtual platforms.
If you do not have one, log on to your user account and move on the create page icon. Fill all the necessary details as requested. Through this, you will have set on the journey of setting and starting to sell on Facebook.
Set up a store
After creating a dedicated page for your business, the next stage is to establish a store. On your Facebook page timeline, you will see an icon named ‘shop.’ If not available you need to go to setting, select edit page, then add button and select shop. After this, you will see the shop button on your timeline click on it and accept the merchant terms and conditions. Move on and decide on which type of business you want to have whether to direct the customers to your website or for they should message you. Finally, select your preferred currency.
